Kamala Harris for President
I served as Production Lead for Kamala Harris's 2024 Presidential campaign. I was entrusted with designing and executing some of the largest and most complex events of the campaign season including rallies in arenas, amphitheaters, and a stadium.
I crafted precise 3D models of event sites and production plans, enabling clear visualization and seamless collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including campaign management, design and creative teams, the U.S. Secret Service, local stakeholders like fire, police and venue, media logistics teams. Conducted detailed venue surveys to evaluate attributes and constraints, reconciling competing priorities to create actionable, efficient plans and communicate those plans with high-resolution and fidelity.
I acted as the central communication hub, ensuring all teams shared a unified vision. This approach facilitated rapid iteration on plans, streamlining implementation. Oversaw every stage of event builds, proactively addressing issues to prevent costly delays and ensuring the flawless execution of events.
I managed live production under intense pressure, adapting to emergent challenges and delivering high-profile events on extraordinarily tight timelines. Referred to as ‘the designer’ during builds, I upheld the highest standards of accuracy, communication, and execution to deliver the campaign's message with impact.
